File Import and Document Processing

Allow users to upload documents (such as PDFs or Word files) and convert them into proposal content.

The system will:

• Accept file uploads

• Extract text and content from documents

• Convert uploaded files into editable proposal sections

This will make it easier to reuse existing meeting documents.
