Cannot change percentage of gradient on each colour

I would assume this feature aims to provide how much of each colour you want to have, i.e.

25% Green (1/4 of the page will be green)
75% Back (3/4 of the page will be black)

Currently, the percentages do not do anything and cannot be edited
